Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your order. If you’re not completely happy, you can return your items quickly and easily through our online returns portal.

How to Start a Return

  1. Visit our returns portal using the link on our website
  2. Enter your order number and email address
  3. Select the items you wish to return and choose a reason
  4. Print your returns label and customs documents (if applicable)
  5. Attach the label to your parcel and drop it at a designated drop-off point

Returns Timeframe

You have 28 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a refund. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned items at our warehouse, please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued. The refund will be applied to your original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs

For UK returns, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty. For international returns, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties.

Exchanges

We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact our Customer Care team within 14 days of receipt. We’ll arrange a free return and provide a full refund or replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of face masks, underwear, swimwear, or hosiery unless faulty. All sale items are final purchase and cannot be returned.

Return Status

You can check the status of your return at any time by logging into our returns portal. You’ll receive email updates at key stages of the returns process.
